As aforementioned most people take the opportunity to get to know the course, but for those less blessed this is the closest they'll get.

Just shut up and run That certainly seems to be your guiding principle when it comes to most matters - hence your roughly 1000000 posts, of which roughly 100% are as insightful as the beets I shit nightly.

That means there is going to be an average of over 600 athletes per race. Rumour has it there are 800 in the senior boys race.

How are they going to manage that? Based on the video of the course, specifically how narrow the trails look, there is no way that 800 people can run that race. They should have capped it.

yea seriously, ive run this course and we had trouble fitting like 300 on the line let alone 600 or even 800, this is just ridiculous .. might as well just send them out in 3 seperate waves lmfao

Pre-Ofsaa 2007 in Niagara Falls I believe there where two "heats" in the Senior Boys race. They split the schools up alphabetically then merged the overall results at the end.

yeah that is what i meant. At pre-ofsaa in 2007 the senior boys was split up. So i wouldn't be surprised if that was done again, with such a large senior boys feild, and much of the course being tight trails.

Does anyone know if the online track database for race entries is updated in realtime. I thought our school was going but we are not on the list for pre-OFSAA. Hoping that it just has not been updated over the long weekend.

After watching the videos it looks like it is a very hard course to run 300 people on let alone 600+ as some spots seem like you would only be able to run maybe 2 people side by side through. It also doesnt appear to be a very spike friendly course on some parts it looks like there is a lot of road sections, anyone who has ran this course care to comment on this? Is it better to run in flats?
