Fees:

Option 2 $100 for women’s team entry _____ $100 for men’s team entry _____ (no limit of participants)
Option 3 Late Entries (post Sept. 24) ______ individual entries X $7 = $_____
Option 4 $25 race entry fee and donation. Participant’s name and full address must be submitted on a separate sheet.
