Exactly the same. The men will be doing 2.5k loops and the women the 2.k loops. I am also going to go out on a limb and promise that there will be no snow at this meet.

I wouldn't be making any promises about that with the weather we've had lately. Don't forget about the open Falling Leaves Trail race at 9:30 that morning. www.guelphvictors.ca/display.php?page=leaves

Let me get this straight. There are 2 falling leaves trail races of 7.5 and 4km starting at 9:30 followed by the Vic Matthews mens 7.5km race and womens 4km race. Whats the difference between the two sets of races if they are both the same distance and on the same course.

The morning races are more recreational. The Vic Matthews is for collegiate teams and more serious runners.

A little bump to the front. Fields are shaping up, look for a Gryphon Alumni team that boasts at least 8 former All-Canadians.

Last call, we have some great fields shaping up. Boorsma, Brunsting, Coolsaet as well as Spencer Morrison are all set to run. In the women's race we have last year's CIS Rookie of The Year Tamara Jewett and four to five women I would expect could be in the top 10 at OFSAA this year.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to shoot any video this year. We will try to get it back up and running for next year.
