results from BQ region were slow party due to the intense wind that always happens in Bellville.
SB 400
Sean McDonald- 52. 5? mid
SB 800
Jordan Langridge- 2:05' opening lap was ..68! cause no one wanted to lead
SB 1500
James Denny- 4:09 no one wanted to lead and everyone was pretty much jogging the first 100m till i had to break the wind for 1000m *stupid idiots!*

Update highlights
Nunes Desouza moves to #2 in the MB 800 and it could be an interesting race if both he and Kichuk run it at Central Region
SB 400...4 under 49 and none will meet until OFSAA
Kyle Grieve takes the point in both JB 800 and 1500
JRae continues to lead the SB 1500 but the pack is closing

So why isn't Eamonn Kichuk ranked for the 1500? Is he just not running it? I mean, he'd obviously be up there if he's leading 4, 8, and 3k.

Think you missed the london area results (tri-county, huron/perth, london central) Tri County and Huron Perth have been looked at but very little if anything made the rankings. Have not seen the London area results yet but I do see they are posted on London Runner so I'll get them next update. If I missed anything from those 2 meet just let me know. I still don't know where to find any niagara region results, any links would be appreciated.

Yeah, London central day one was just posted recently, with an addition to the steeple and maybe a few others (Parry's 400 and 1500), and McKay Wilson did a 9:32 3k.
I hate pointing what you missed out, because you're doing such a great job with this.

what do you guys think about the dywer meet.....like having a university of windsor guy in it,,,,,,not taking anything away from him, or the field, hell, u run 1:56, you can run 1:56, but would it have been 1:56 without the experience, kind of pace setter like runner in the field? Just a random thought

What is the metro's qualifying procedure? Is it still top 4 from Toronto Region meets, for example? Or does it not work that way anymore?

Just a random thought I'm pretty sure the times would have been just as fast without Eldridge in the mix. He was with the front pack the whole way, but he wasn't playing the role of the pace setter. There were 4 or 5 other guys right in the lead group coming into the last stretch. It was a very stacked field.

Patrick Galler is in the SB 1500 twice. Clearly a stud, but still one person.

Updated with everything I could find from Windsor, Gueplh, London, Hamilton, Niagara, Toronto, North Central Ont, Belleville, Ottawa. I don't have North or east Toronto yet or the Sarnia results. S Bisson posted day 1 results link but not day 2. Corrections have also been made
Highlights Joe Tierney (ottawa) takes over MB 400 lead
4 juniors under 2 , that already beats last years 3 under 2
JRae debuts on the 800 list
Mo Ahmed takes top spot in the SB 3000
