Haha Stiks, you and I both know that he still had a bit before the beach in that pic c'mon. I'd say his celebrations began 700-800m before the finish, which is a bit crazy i guess but with a 45 min gap from second why not? Hey i thought u knew HL like the back of your hand bud c'mon now!haha!

Dear Diary,
I've come home this evening after one of the best displays of athleticism that I have ever seen. It went out as I thought it would. Brandon just sat there. Eyes fixed on the back of Gillis' head. In one sense he didn't think that he could pull it off. I wonder what Gillis was thinking with 200m to go. Perhaps that he had more left. You've got to hand it to him for leading 2900m of the race and for sacrificing IAAF worlds to be here. But the day belonged to Brandon. After that 1:59 in a workout I knew that he was ready. Hats off to him. Now we'll have to see how he does in Italy. Now all that we need is for Neil to become senator. End entry.
