as for the transfer rule, if you can show a proper cause of moving or transfer schools, you CAN compete the following year. trent didnt sit a year because he left wilson to go to sinclair, for the gifted program. i moved from lindsay to whitby and was able to compete without losing eligability. its all about just cause and not just leaving for a better team

Belluzo sounds like the Ryan Lahti of last year. Anyone care to bring up that whole fiasco? Well anyway, I'm sure most of his supporters got banned. By the way, Daryl Smith may slide under the radar, one of many to be capable of this, and pull a rabbit out to snatch a medal. He was last year's JB champ (of course), but there has been little hype around him.

Ryan Ditchfield should be in there... I think it's somewhat hard to do a top 50 list with such a deep field.

and tiss wont beat massey.... THE STREAK IS OVER. well, if you look at how TISS is doing this year, TISS would of scored around 45 at the Pre-OFSAA meet with a healthy Milks. Could be a great OFSAA with those 2 going at it! Cant wait.

top 4 from lossa are def. top 10 at ofsaa! (hughes,morrison,berkis,irwin-has to have a good race thou.) agree with northrunner- berkis will be top 5 atleast!

thankyou finally someone is talking some sense around here. Hughes, Morrison, Berkis, and Irwin will definitly be top 10 if it is a good race. Three of those boys are 5th year, so they know its a make it or break it race and they will be racing to win. as for morrison, you know that boy has hughes in his sights, but it's Hughes' race to lose

my prediction is that matt hughes doesnt win. I say JP malette wins. He may be grade 11 but im pretty sure he hasnt even been close to pushed in any race this year and has ran away with them all, including pre-ofsaa.

morrison is straining to keep up...hughes is putting in just enuf to get each race won...for anyone who has followed the way that kid runs xc you can tell he's holding back 'til OFSAA..always does man..he hasn't even had to show his level of endurance or speed yet...hasn't had to

id agree with that, i lead around the first 1500m of macquaid or a bit less... n i swear when i looked back hughs was smiling... i also saw a short video of carter and i saw him just chillin behind the lead pack, and he looked... well the only way to put it is very very relaxed... so id say he hasnt really been pushed yet in anything ive seen
