The most impressive part is the win by over 2 seconds over guys who are solid solid milers. Watch out-- the O train is gathering momentum!

This could be one of the most impressive runs by Canadian his age in quite a few years. That time is epic. Will be watching. Looks like he led the whole way too.

In the interview he states he has been training in Fresno? Does anyone know who he trains with? His coach? I thought he was in university in Quebec? But it sounded from the interview that he is looking to go to university in states?

I have always been impressed by this guys range ... 800m to XC (CDN jr champ as we know). Wonder what his 3000m/5000m pbs are.
