Alysha Newman pole vaulted 3.83m at a meet in london breaking a canadian record, and Mitch O'Donnell long jumped an ofsaa record, wind-aided i presume

For all those who believe Tristan to be in bad shape;
http://www.sportstats.ca/display-results.php?lang=eng&racecode=46174

He runs 2:50's (actually just half a second shy of being 2:49's) for a 2.5k after the first 2 legs. That's fast.

There real good, but I don't think eamon will get beat in 800 after a 156 but hutton will give him competition for sure

I still think it will be a great race considering Huttons 800 was completely solo with wind. I think that he might be able to just sit and kick on kichuck.

ya I think if that happened it would be very inspirational and would probably be the first race eamon ever lost... I hope it happens cause he's pretty cocky

Something inside of me just said 'Hey, wait a minute, I want to beat him,' and I just took off.
